How Long Has It Been Since Kevin Owens Has Won A TV Match?, How WWE Officials See Owens

As seen on WWE RAW this past Monday night, Kevin Owens was one of the wrestlers involved in breaking up the brawl between the Undertaker and Brock Lesnar, a spot usually reserved for lower to mid-card talent. Since defeating John Cena at Elimination Chamber in late May, Owens has not had a televised win against a main event talent. His last televised win - excluding NXT - was over a month ago at the June 16th SmackDown taping, where he pinned Cesaro.
Bryan Alvarez noted on Wrestling Observer Live yesterday that Owens has been dropped to an "upper mid-card position" because WWE officials do not see him being on the level of Cena, Randy Orton or Seth Rollins.
It appears from television this week that Owens will be feuding with Cesaro and Rusev for the near future.

WWE Officially Announces Brock Lesnar For Monday's Go-Home RAW, Says We Can Expect More Carnage

WWE has officially announced Brock Lesnar for Monday's RAW from Atlanta, the final show before the July 19th Battleground pay-per-view. They wrote the following teasers for Lesnar and WWE World Heavyweight Champion Seth Rollins:

With his clash with Brock Lesnar at WWE Battleground looming on the horizon, Seth Rollins undoubtedly clutching his WWE World Heavyweight Championship a little tighter these days. After all, The Beast Incarnate not only demolished J&J Security's Cadillac last Monday night, but put both Jamie Noble and Joey Mercury on the shelf during his rampage. Who will watch The Architect's back this Monday night in Atlanta, when The Anomaly is in the building?
Ever since Seth Rollins robbed Brock Lesnar of the WWE World Heavyweight Championship in the main event of WrestleMania, Brock Lesnar has had it out for "The Future of WWE," and at WWE Battleground, Rollins will have nowhere to hide. Yet, as much as this collision is about the WWE World Heavyweight Title itself — the grandest prize in sports-entertainment — it's also a matter of retribution for The Anomaly, who wants nothing more than to make The Architect pay for his past transgressions. But what is Lesnar truly looking for: Rollins' title or Rollins' suffering? Might his desire to destroy Rollins somehow supersede his championship aspirations? If that's the case, what would happen if Lesnar got his hands on the WWE World Heavyweight Champion before their title bout? Could we see Lesnar destroy his WWE Battleground opponent before their championship encounter even takes place? Last week, we saw Lesnar decimate J&J Security's Cadillac and J&J themselves … and we get the feeling he's not done breaking things just yet. Expect more carnage from The Beast Incarnate on Raw.

Tag Team Match To Main Event Saturday's WWE Network Special From Tokyo?, Note On Commentary

While WWE has been billing Brock Lesnar vs. Kofi Kingston and Finn Balor vs. NXT Champion Kevin Owens as the main events of Saturday's "The Beast In The East" WWE Network special from Tokyo, the tag match with John Cena and Dolph Ziggler vs. Kane and King Barrett may end up going on last as it's the advertised main event locally in Japan.
The Lesnar vs. Kofi match likely won't go on last because it will be a squash and the NXT Title match has been heavily promoted but the tag match with Cena has been pushed as the main event in Tokyo.
On a related note, it's possible that the commentary for Saturday's live show will be done at the WWE TV studios in Stamford, CT. Michael Cole and Byron Saxton will be handling commentary.
